Derek was great about staying in contact throughout the planning process, gave his honest opinion and advice, and quoted us something that was absolutely reasonable. They came to the venue about two hours before the event started, set up, prepared food that needed to be prepared and warmed, and made everything look perfect for the royal tea party. He suggested we set up for proper tea for 12, which worked out wonderfully. It was gorgeous and everyone commented on how perfect it was. They served throughout the party and cleaned up everything, staying longer than they needed to and helping out.
Like I said, I can't say enough good things about Derek and the ProperPie and would absolutely recommend them for afternoon Tea or catering a fancy event!
