- 1 / 5By Gloria StangIt's a complete over priced DUMP. As you can see from my pictures I will never ever stay in this place again even if he fix all the outdated furniture and appliances. I have booked for over 6 years each year the places were cheaper and nicer. This place was the highest and the worse. The maintenance man came to fix the shower head our first day here and said he had to get the part well it's 4 days later and he never came back. There are bugs, holes in walls, carpet and floor coming apart. 12 people have to use one bathroom to shower! I really would like to rate this place a negative ZERO! I have many pictures to support my review. My family and I had the worse of the worse with this raggedy home. It needs to be upgraded 100% before he is allowed to continue to rent. It may have been built ed in 2009 but it looks a lot older because it's falling apart.April 06, 2017
